1. Nature of Services

SoundBoard Space offers informal, non-clinical listening sessions. We are not licensed therapists, doctors, or counsellors. These sessions are for reflection and emotional support only, not professional mental health care. No medical or psychological diagnoses, treatment, or advice is provided.

2. Who Can Use This Service

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

3. International Access

SoundBoard Space is based in Australia and operates under Australian law. If you’re outside Australia, it’s your responsibility to ensure the services are appropriate and legal for use in your location.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Session details are never shared. Exceptions to confidentiality include:

If there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others

If legally required to disclose information

All data is securely stored and handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Law.

5. Payments & Booking

Payment is due at time of booking.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a refund.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

7. Your Responsibility

By booking and participating in a session with SoundBoard Space, you acknowledge that this service provides a space to talk, reflect, and feel heard — not to receive clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All thoughts, insights, and decisions that arise during or after your session remain your responsibility.

You agree to release SoundBoard Space and its owner from any liability for actions, decisions, or outcomes that may result from your participation. This is a supportive, non-directive, non-medical service.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site and services means you accept any changes.
