People use SoundBoard Space for all kinds of reasons: to unpack stress, talk through life changes, or just get thoughts out of their head. Clients come from all walks of life — carers, creatives, parents, students, business owners, healthcare workers, first responders, teachers, FIFO workers, and more. This is also a space for people in high-pressure roles — who often carry a lot and can’t always talk about it through formal channels. You can speak freely here without fear of judgement, reporting, or red tape. This space is private, confidential, and grounded in trust.

Yes, absolutely. You can book recurring sessions or multiple appointments in advance if you prefer regular check-ins.
Not at all. You can choose video, voice-only, or even chat-based sessions. I just need to know who I’m speaking with for confidentiality and safety reasons — but you're welcome to keep your camera off if that feels more comfortable.

No preparation is needed. Just find a quiet space and show up as you are. Some people like to jot down thoughts beforehand, others prefer to speak freely in the moment.

Yes — I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me manage availability for others who may need a session. You’ll find the full details in the Terms & Conditions.
Yes — everything shared in a session is treated as confidential. While this space is private, it’s not anonymous. I do need to know who I’m speaking with, even if your camera is off, to maintain safety and integrity.
